After two years of collaboration and working together, the final training of the Pride Network Lead project took place in Palermo, a training for the consortium to understand how to make the best use of the complex materials created during the project.
The training involved the 10 experts from all the organisations in the partnership, and consisted of three days of training, practical activities and debates; a way not only to discuss and deepen the topic but also to find new perspectives on how to use the project’s materials.
During the training, IRSEI involved various organisations in the area, including Arcigay Palermo, Palermo Pride, the municipality of Palermo’s office for conciliative policies and corporate welfare, and also some representatives of the University of Palermo who, with their contributions, enriched awareness on the topic and the need for targeted interventions on inclusion and diversity policies not only in organisations but also in schools and public administration.
