On the 1st and 2nd of October 2024, the CAMPLUS project partners met in Düsseldorf, Germany, hosted by the partner WHKT for the last project meeting. After three years of intense collaboration, the Erasmus+ project CAMPLUS empowerment for migrants- from camps to integration (pr. number: 2021-1-FR01-KA220-ADU-000028439) is coming to an end.

The last transnational meeting saw the participation of all the partners who contributed throughout the project lifecycle for the project’s success and results effectiveness: WHKT from Germany the host of the meeting, CMA from France and the coordinator of the project, IED from Greece, EPU from Iraqi Kurdistan, EC-VPL from the Netherlands, IRSEI ETS and CEIPES ETS both from Italy.

The results produced by the project partners are:

  • A digital manual for adult trainers focusing on migrant students with a notebook to keep track of progress
  • 10 video good practices based on the entrepreneurial ideas born in the two refugee camps involved in the project (In Greece and Iraqi Kurdistan)
  • The CAMPLUS Manual ‘Personal Resources Management for Migrants, Trainers, Guiders and Assessors’ integrated with a glossary of terms
  • The E-learning platform with learning modules, quizzes and interactive tools for entrepreneurial and personal development.

The meeting provided an opportunity for exchanging ideas on the current and future impact of the project’s results, on the feedback received, and on the upcoming use of the materials. The EC-VPL partner also shared printed copies of the manual produced as a project result, titled Personal Resources Management for Migrants, Trainers, Guiders, and Assessors. The manual is available for free download in the partnership languages –here on the download button – as well as the project’s e-learning platform courses, which are also freely accessible. Before the project concludes, the partners from France and Greece will organize national events in the form of roundtables, with the participation of coordinators and directors of NGOs and experts in Human Rights and Migration, to disseminate the project results and discuss further methods of integration and support for refugees, from refugee camps to independent life.
