Objectives
The project aims to:
- Support teachers in equipping students with essential tools and competencies for remote learning
- Update and implement the SELFIE tool with recommendations from Work-Based Learning (WBL)
- Provide training to teachers on digital tools for school digitalization in Vocational Education and Training (VET), including online resource creation and Blended Learning
- Collaborate with VET leaders and teachers to foster innovation and reinvent teaching methods
- Develop guidelines and update learning strategies at national/regional levels to enhance support for online and blended learning in VET schools
- Promote accreditation processes to recognize and validate skills acquired through digital and blended learning approaches

Results
The project will generate the following outcomes:
- 360 Degree Review of Digital Transformation VET Curriculum for Work-Based Learning:
- Comprehensive assessment identifying gaps in digitalization and blended learning for Work-Based Learning (WBL). Includes insights from families, trainers, and school directors through the SELFIE platform.
- Practical Toolkit for Digital and Inclusive Education:
- Supports Directors of VET schools in leading digital transformation and designing VET Curriculum Delivery Frameworks and Teaching Strategies.
- Assists Teachers in developing inclusive digital education resources with adaptive learning components.
- Aids Students in acquiring essential digital competencies.
- Digital Badge: Quality Assurance Framework for Recognition of Online Training/Industrial Skills:
- Establishes a Quality Assurance Framework for recognizing online training and industrial skills through digital badges.
- Addresses gaps in accreditation of online training and industrial skills by studying EU VET and WBL during the pandemic.
- Provides sustainable recommendations for improving recognition and accreditation through micro-credentials.
