The Pride Network Lead project concluded at the end of September 2024, marking the end of a transformative journey. Launched to create, promote, and test a new standard for the role of “Pride Network Lead,” the project has worked tirelessly to support LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and foster a culture of Diversity and Inclusion within organizations.

Key outcomes include the professional profile of the Pride Network Leader, outlining required competencies, responsibilities, and assessment methods. We developed a selection process that includes competency validation tools and a recruitment method based on these competencies, ensuring organizations can appoint suitable candidates for this vital role.

Our implementation guidelines offer practical insights on integrating the Pride Network Leader into organizational structures. Additionally, we created a development program with thematic blocks and a trainer’s manual, as well as a micro-learning video titled “The Pride Network Leader – an internationally recognized role for fostering openness towards LGBTQ+ individuals.”

Finally, the “Action Plan for Implementing the Pride Network Leader” outlines the necessary steps for effective integration.

The Pride Network Lead project has paved the way for a more inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ individuals. Let us continue to champion inclusion, ensuring that everyone can feel free to be themselves in any context.
